Description:

Latin I Boot Camp is for the novice, the student who has never looked at Latin and who is thinking about learning Latin. This is also a good camp for the less experienced student who wishes to understand declensions and conjugations better. The skills focused on are how to use the Latin-English dictionary, how to talk about Latin (what does declension mean?), how to talk about Latin in terms of English grammar (Can the student diagram an English sentence?). In other words, we will focus on basic language-learning skills and learn how to write some Latin of our own.
