Word Order in Latin

To Remember:
A common word order for simple sentences in Latin is Subject-Object-Verb.
Verbs are often found at the end of sentences in Latin, but not always.

vocant

In Latin, this is already a sentence:

They call.
(Romans didn't usually capitalize the beginnings of sentences)
pueros vocant.

They call the boys.
Or you could say:

puellae pueros vocant.

The girls call the boys.
